Yesterday was Sadie's b-day party at Chuck-E-Cheese's (CEC). Being a typical 5yr old, she had a blast. What's not to love...Friends...Tokens...Games...Shows...Songs...Chuck E. Cheese!
Oh, if you are wondering why Sasha looks so colorful....She got into a bunch of tattoos while I was getting ready for Sadie's party. Sasha shut the bathroom door & went crazy! LOL
Here are some pictures of the day...

At bedtime she had many things to say...
- We should sleep at CEC, so we can play all day & night.
- Better yet "I should work there, so she can play there all day, every day."
- That she wants her b-day there EVERY YEAR!
- She was the BEST at the ticket blaster & can't wait to do it again.
- She is starting a Chuck E. Cheese's balloon collection.
- She thinks her CEC balloon is the BEST EVER!
- She loved seeing all her friends, but was sad that 2 of her classmates couldn't make it.
There was more, much more. It was so cute to hear her talk about her her day. She loves being social & meeting new friends. I love that about her!
From the parents perspective, the party was not
"a magical party without lifting a finger!" Our assigned hostess didn't show up for work. The manager took over, but she had to deal with her duties & another party. The time-line she gave us was off & CEC was 20 minutes late coming out (try keeping 12+ kids waiting for CEC / cake & ice cream).. I didn't eat anything or even sit down. Tom did eat, but did so standing up in-between doing stuff. It was a bit crazy! Not sure we will do another party there. At least this year. LOL!
CEC Party = Parent Stress
CEC Party = KID HAPPY = Priceless!!!
