A reminder...Our hard drive crashed & our pictures were "lost" for a while. Tom was able to recover them & I now have access to them , so I can update, update, update!
BTW...It looks a bit plain around here, but I am just changing things around. Getting ready for the new year :-) Happy Holidays!!!
The start of a crazy school year. Two girls & Two schools---Again!
Sasha the 1st grader:
She was a bit nervous, but did so much better than we expected! She even commented that 1st grade wasn't as scary as kindergarten. I think the fact that she was returning to Dutton & that she had friends to catch up with helped!

Sadie the Fantastic Fiver:
Sadie started Fantastic Fives at Cross Creek. We are using 'school of choice', so we had to have Sadie at a different school. The district that Sasha is in, only has Young Fives (aka Dev. Kindy) for those in the district. Sadie could have gone on to Kindergarten, but we wanted to give her time to develop her fine motor & social skills. CC has a wonderful program that is based on learning through play. After I picked her up on the first day, I asked her how it went. In a serious tone she said, "it was great & I didn't even eat my boogers". Okay then, I hadn't realized that it was a concern, lol.
Just so you know, there was NO WAY to narrow down these pics of Sadie. She cracks me up!
