The other night I was singing to Sadie "Hush little baby don't say a word...Mama's going to buy you a billy goat...." When I was done she turned to me said "that's just silly, we don't want a billy goat, it will eat all our stuff". How did she know that!
Sasha...
Today I asked what we should get daddy for his birthday. She thought for a minute & said "a rug for the front door, a nice Spring rug"...gotta love a girl that fits decorating the house into other peoples b-day gifts :)
Oh, we also had Sasha's conferences Tuesday. She is doing FANTASTIC. It's our blog, so I am totally goint to brag! She got all "A's". There was one thing about "patterning" that the teacher questioned, but it is something she does at home all the time, so she must not have been in the mood that day. She is also into reading. She is not reading 100%, but it is clicking & we are working on it some. Another thing is math. Sasha loves it. She even asks to play the number game (adding & counting) at bed time. Per Tom, she is counting 1-100, up to 100 by 10' s & 20's & 100 to 1000 by 100's. I think that is pretty cool :) All I know is that she is ready for Kindergarten!
